Last updated: 13 October 2026. This notice covers the web tools DNRS.ai operates, including SMARtRA (SMARtRADraft, SMARtRAScore, SMARtRAWrite), SMARtCheck, SMARtMatch, SMARtGov and related tools. Where a tool does something different, its own page says so.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your documents to train our own AI models.
Documents and generated reports are processed in memory to produce your result and offered to you for download on screen. We do not keep a copy of your manuscript or of what we generate. Downloads are held in memory for a short time (about 30 minutes) so you can save them, then discarded. The one exception is an optional human review and editing service, where the draft is saved so that an editor can work on it and return it to you.

We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect our rights. If DNRS.ai is sold or merged, data may be transferred to the new owner and this notice will continue to apply.
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
We use encryption in transit, hashed access codes, restricted access and limited retention. No system is perfectly secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect a problem.
These tools are for professional and academic use and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
